- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Engineering documentation

- Shipping information
KTI MFG is not responsible for manufacturing errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied data.
6. Manufacturing Standards
Products are manufactured according to agreed specifications and accepted industry manufacturing standards.
Minor dimensional or cosmetic variations within standard manufacturing tolerances shall not be considered defects.
7. Intellectual Property
All customer-submitted files, including PCB layouts, CAD models, technical drawings, software, and engineering documentation, remain the property of the customer.
KTI MFG uses these materials solely for manufacturing, inspection, quality assurance, and order fulfillment unless otherwise authorized in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We recognize the confidential nature of customer designs and proprietary information.
KTI MFG employs reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect confidential information. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
9. Warranty
KTI MFG warrants that products will substantially conform to the agreed specifications at the time of shipment.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Customer design errors
- Improper storage
- Environmental damage
- Normal wear and tear
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTI MFG shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Production downtime
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected products or services.
11. Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates only.
KTI MFG is not liable for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- Material shortages
- Government actions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
